This Privacy Policy explains how NS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the NS AI assistant application and website (the "Service"). We designed the Service to collect the minimum information necessary to operate it.

When you interact with NS, the content you submit ("Input") and the content the Service generates ("Output") may be transmitted to and processed by our systems and by third-party model providers that power the Service. This processing is necessary to generate a response.

Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information in your prompts. You are responsible for the content you submit.

4. How We Use Information

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

7. Apple App Tracking Transparency

We do not track you. The Service does not link information collected about you with third-party data for advertising purposes, and does not share it with data brokers. Because we do not engage in "tracking" as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the Service does not request permission to track you across other apps and websites.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Prompts and outputs may be retained for a limited period to operate and secure the Service and are then deleted or de-identified. Support communications are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — such as encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at noah.oliver7788@icloud.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
