Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the NS AI assistant application and website (the "Service"). We designed the Service to collect the minimum information necessary to operate it.

The short version. We collect the content you send to NS and limited technical and usage data needed to run the Service. We use it to generate responses, operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health, biometric, or precise location data) and ask that you do not submit them.
3. Your Prompts & AI Inputs
When you interact with NS, the content you submit ("Input") and the content the Service generates ("Output") may be transmitted to and processed by our systems and by third-party model providers that power the Service. This processing is necessary to generate a response.
Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information in your prompts. You are responsible for the content you submit.
4. How We Use Information
- To provide the core function of generating AI responses to your prompts;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- To analyze usage and improve the quality, safety, and performance of the Service;
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you request;
- Legitimate interests — to secure, analyze, and improve the Service, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — where required, for example for certain optional analytics; and
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers & model providers — vendors that host infrastructure, process prompts, provide analytics, or supply the underlying AI models, bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations;
- Apple — for App Store transactions, subscription management, and crash reporting where you enable it;
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Apple App Tracking Transparency
We do not track you. The Service does not link information collected about you with third-party data for advertising purposes, and does not share it with data brokers. Because we do not engage in "tracking" as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the Service does not request permission to track you across other apps and websites.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Prompts and outputs may be retained for a limited period to operate and secure the Service and are then deleted or de-identified. Support communications are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — such as encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. 12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. 13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
